What we did

  1. Recovered catalog search, filters, order statuses and order management after auditing and prioritizing technical issues.

  2. Restored order exchange with CRM and online payments through Monobank.

  3. Automated redirects, XML and HTML sitemaps, Merchant feeds and handling of deleted pages; prepared the structure for additional cities.

  4. Restored marketing-event delivery and tracking across analytics and eSputnik.
